Cancellations and rearrangements
We understand that life happens! If you do need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance or full payment for the treatment will be charged.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time so that you can check-in. If you are running late, please let the salon know. Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you at your request. So if you do arrive late we will try to fit you in, but your treatment time will still finish at the original time and full price will be charged. This helps us to minimise disruption to all of our guests.
Luminis Beauty is cashless – we only accepts payment by debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You are welcome to provide a cash tip to therapists.
LITTLE ONES AND TEENS
We pride ourselves on our relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, so we appreciate guests not bringing children or babies into the treatment areas where possible. We can offer treatments to teens once they reach 16 - this age limit is for insurance reasons
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any medical conditions or allergies, please let us know so we can advise which treatments are right for you. Please note if you are pregnant we are unable to do any electrical facials.

We welcome everyone to our Beauty Spas and most of all our treatments are suitable for all. If you’re not sure if a treatments is right for you, one of our therapists will be happy to advise. If you have a disability that may affect your ability to receive a treatment in anyway, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate and support you.
